Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing sales strategies that expand market share
  • Managing and growing relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Conducting virtual and in-person sales presentations
  • Representing ARCAT at industry events and trade shows
  • Providing feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement

Skills

  • Proven sales experience and strong client relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with the architecture, engineering, and construction industry is a major plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales performance metrics
  • Ability to work remotely and willingness to travel
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related fields

Benefits
