[Remote] Senior Annuity Growth Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Annuity Growth Consultant to partner with agents, recruit new agents, and collaborate with carrier partners to enhance business opportunities in the annuity marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Partner with agents to identify opportunities across Indexed Annuities and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) solutions
- Recruit and onboard new agents looking to grow their business
- Collaborate with carrier partners to strengthen relationships and maximize value
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and growth initiatives
- Support agents with IUL product positioning and case design to drive adoption and sales
Skills
- At least 2 years of life or health insurance experience (as an agent or wholesaler)
- Strong interest in helping agents succeed in the annuity marketplace
