They are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Sales Recruiter to support full-lifecycle recruiting for sales positions across the organization. This role requires someone who can effectively manage the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
  • Proactively source top sales talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative sourcing strategies
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamics
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and provide regular updates on recruiting activity and progress
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide market intelligence and compensation insights to support competitive offer decisions

Skills

  • 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales roles
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Prior experience recruiting for technology or cybersecurity companies is strongly preferred
