[Remote] Sales Engineer

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognized leader in conveyance and automation systems to find a Sales Engineer Consultant. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, optimizing end-of-line automation systems and improving production efficiency while building relationships with key stakeholders in the consumer goods space.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on automation strategies, production flow, and line optimization
• Build and strengthen relationships with manufacturing leaders and key stakeholders
• Evaluate customer operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and conveyance solutions
• Conduct plant visits to understand production challenges and develop tailored recommendations
• Drive new business opportunities and help guide projects from concept through implementation
• Collaborate with internal engineering, technical, and commercial teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights that help shape business strategy

Skills

• 3+ years of experience within the Consumer Goods industry
• Experience working with automated machinery, industrial processes, material handling, packaging, or conveyance systems
• Strong consultative sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to understand manufacturing operations and identify process improvement opportunities
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting beverage, food manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or material handling environments is highly desirable
