[Remote] AI Enablement Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The AI Enablement Engineer will build and operate shared platforms and tooling that accelerate AI adoption across the enterprise, focusing on providing secure and scalable AI infrastructure to enable delivery teams to deliver business value.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain shared AI platforms and enablement services
- Develop reusable components, SDKs, templates, and pipelines for AI solution teams
- Embed governance, security, and compliance controls into platforms by design
- Partner with architects and governance teams to operationalize enterprise standardMonitor platform performance, usage, and cost efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and support to solution engineering teams
- Continuously improve developer experience and enablement assets
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps roles
- Strong experience with cloud‑native development and automation
- Hands‑on experience integrating AI capabilities into applications or platforms
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript)
- Experience building internal developer platforms or shared services
- Familiarity with MLOps, prompt management, or model orchestration tooling
- Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to enterprise security, identity, and compliance requirements
- AI certifications a plus
