The role focuses on driving sales of innovative and high-value biotechnological drugs in rare and high-cost treatment markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in assigned therapeutic areas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers (immunologists, gastroenterologists, oncologists, and rare disease specialists)
  • Navigate public and private healthcare institutions to position products effectively
  • Drive product awareness, access, and adoption across targeted accounts
  • Manage territory efficiently, leveraging deep knowledge of local market dynamics, regulations, and bidding processes
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and uphold compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations

Skills

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as an Institutional Sales Specialist Representative in pharmaceutical companies
  • Strong background in biotechnological Drugs and pathologies requiring high-cost treatments
  • Demonstrated success in engaging specialists in immunology and gastroenterology
  • Proven ability to navigate public and private institutions effectively
