Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. National Dentex Labs is a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. They are seeking a National Director of Sales to lead and develop the sales team, implement commercial strategies, and foster customer and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Regional Sales Managers and other sales team members
  • Set clear expectations for daily activities, performance standards, and professional development
  • Manage time-off requests and scheduling for Regional Sales Leaders
  • Assist VP in overseeing sales budget and travel expenses
  • Provide Leadership Development and training to Regional Sales Managers
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate growth
  • Plan, execute, and oversee effective sales and marketing initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Monitor team performance using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Assist Regional Managers in mentoring Account Managers, Business Development Representatives to ensure a seamless customer and patient experience
  • Collaborate with Retail Sales, Marketing, Lab Operations, and Professional Education teams to align efforts and drive results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Support vendor relationships to foster strategic and profitable partnerships
  • Utilize Salesforce to run reports, analyze data, and track performance
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy of commission statements and territory alignment
  • Establish financial targets and contribute to budget planning and management

  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to identify opportunities for revenue generation
  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes
  • Ability to analyze potential markets, plan selling activities and provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Ability to communicate complex subject matter to a wide variety of audiences
  • Knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Excellent listening, speaking and presentation skills
  • Excellent decision making abilities
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong professional, ethical and personal integrity
  • Excellent Computer skills with all MS Office products
  • Bachelor's Degree with emphasis on business, finance or related field
  • Recommended 3 Years in Sales Manager/Director level role
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other sales-related software tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
  • Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key customers
  • Professional experience required in the dental or healthcare industry
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
