Chef Robotics is accelerating the deployment of intelligent machines in the food production sector, which is facing significant labor shortages. The Key Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, focusing on enterprise-grade deals and shaping the sales strategy within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-stakeholder buying processes within large-scale food manufacturing and contract manufacturing firms
  • Drive enterprise-grade deals with an average contract value (ACV) ranging from $100K to $1M
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, demos, and proposals, with the support of a strong SDR and technical team
  • As an early member of the enterprise team, you will help define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and the future of our sales motion

Skills

  • Proven track record of navigating complex organizations and closing deals that move the needle for the business
  • Ability to thrive in high-stakes environments and motivated by closing six-figure enterprise deals
  • Excitement about deploying AI and robotics to solve critical labor challenges in the food industry
  • Enjoyment of the 'inflection point' stage of a startup—where the product is proven, but there is still significant room to shape the direction of the company
