Responsibilities

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage prospects effectively
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives and business owners
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop a strategic approach toward warm lead generation
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess prospective new client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changes quickly
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through research, networking, and outbound strategies
  • Engaging Prospective Clients: Understanding prospects’ challenges, goals, and IT needs while building strong, long-term relationships
  • Effective Lead Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM software and efficiently guiding leads through the sales funnel
  • Collaboration & Events: Working closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales strategies, generate qualified leads, and participate in marketing events
  • Reporting & Market Analysis: Providing regular updates on pipeline progress, prospect feedback, and market trends
  • Product Knowledge & Professional Growth: Developing a strong understanding of Sentra.io’s products and services while actively pursuing professional growth

Skills

  • 1+ years of Business Development experience
