[Remote] Technical Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Action Staffing Group is seeking an energetic and motivated IT Recruiter to join their growing technology staffing division. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top technology professionals with clients nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical and professional qualifications
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Match candidate skills and career goals with client opportunities
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate compensation packages and assist with offer management
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM system
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Meet weekly recruiting activity and placement goals
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client hiring needs

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based recruiting tools
- Recruiting experience in staffing, agency recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting for IT positions such as: Software Developers, Network Engineers, Cybersecurity Professionals, Help Desk Technicians, Systems Administrators, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Data Analysts
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar sourcing platforms
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems
