They are seeking an Assistant/Associate Adjunct Faculty member for the MKT 315 Integrated Marketing Communication course, focusing on the integration of promotion strategies and the impact of AI on marketing. The role requires teaching experience and a relevant advanced degree in Marketing Communication or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

  • A focus on the nature and integration of the major elements comprising the organization’s promotion strategy that are designed to communicate effectively with target markets and achieve marketing objectives
  • These components include message creation, advertising (involving both traditional and digital media), publicity, sales promotion and personal selling
  • The development of promotional campaigns and the impact of AI on promotion strategy will be addressed

Skills

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Marketing Communication or a closely related field and a current publication record in the field
  • Successful record of teaching experience at the undergraduate level
  • Experience/familiarity with online/hybrid instruction
  • Candidates must perform all course-related work within the state of California
