Remote · USA Full-time New today

About arenaflex

arenaflex is a global leader in e‑commerce fulfillment, operating one of the most sophisticated retail networks on the planet. Every day, arenaflex moves billions of packages to millions of homes and businesses, turning complex logistics into seamless experiences for customers worldwide. As the company continues to expand its Inbound Receive Center (IXD) footprint across North America, the finance team is looking for visionary analysts who can blend rigorous financial discipline with an entrepreneurial mindset. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, love turning data into strategic action, and want to be part of a culture that celebrates curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement, this role is your gateway to a high‑impact career.

Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Financial Analyst within arenaflex’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance organization, you will serve as the trusted financial partner for multiple inbound receive centers. Your insights will directly influence operational decisions, growth strategies, and cost‑optimization initiatives that keep arenaflex at the forefront of the fulfillment industry. This is more than a numbers‑crunching job—it’s a partnership role that empowers senior leaders to make data‑driven choices that shape the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Finance Support

  • Develop robust financial models and scenario analyses with minimal supervision, translating complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with operational and functional leaders to align financial insights with business objectives, challenging assumptions when necessary to drive better outcomes.
  • Provide strategic analysis that informs decisions on capacity planning, labor allocation, technology investments, and new market entry.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to automate, standardize, or simplify finance tools and processes, delivering measurable efficiency gains.

Controllership & Reporting

  • Own end‑to‑end financial reporting for assigned inbound receive centers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Lead the resolution of complex data integrity issues, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of data quality.
  • Design scalable, auditable data‑analysis processes that can be replicated across the broader NACF organization.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Translate intricate financial concepts into concise, audience‑appropriate narratives—both written and verbal—to influence senior leadership.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with site leaders, operations managers, supply‑chain partners, and technology teams.
  • Navigate competing priorities and provide clear guidance during high‑pressure events such as peak seasons, system outages, or unexpected operational disruptions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor junior analysts and finance partners, fostering a culture of continuous learning and diverse perspectives.
  • Participate in talent development initiatives, sharing best practices and contributing to the growth of the finance community at arenaflex.

A Day in the Life

No two days are alike in the fast‑moving world of fulfillment finance. One morning you might be deep‑diving into labor cost trends for a new IXD site, the next you could be presenting a strategic investment case to senior operations leaders. Your typical activities include:

  • Attending production and labor‑planning meetings to understand operational constraints and opportunities.
  • Conducting business reviews that blend financial performance with operational metrics, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with data engineers to extract, transform, and load (ETL) large data sets using SQL and other analytics tools.
  • Occasionally stepping onto the warehouse floor to gain first‑hand insight into the processes you help finance.
  • Traveling up to 20% of the year to visit multiple sites, building relationships and gathering on‑site intelligence.

About the Team

The NACF Finance team partners closely with senior leaders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, Human Resources, and Technology. This cross‑functional collaboration ensures that financial insights are embedded in every strategic decision, from site design to technology adoption. As a senior analyst, you will be a key advocate for financial discipline while driving innovative solutions that enhance the economics of arenaflex’s fulfillment network.
