As a Customer Service Representative on the arenaflex Client Care team, you will be the trusted voice that guides members through complex pharmacy benefit plans. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound member calls with a warm, patient‑first approach, providing accurate information on prescription drug coverage, formularies, and mail‑order services.
  • Assist members in navigating their pharmacy benefit plans, explaining eligibility, cost‑sharing details, and alternative medication options.
  • Document each interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to educate members about additional resources, such as specialty pharmacy programs, adherence tools, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Pharmacy Operations, Clinical Services, and IT—to resolve complex issues and streamline processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, both classroom‑based and virtual, to stay current on policy updates, product enhancements, and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement, sharing frontline insights that help shape arenaflex’s member experience strategy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer‑facing experience in a call‑center, retail, hospitality, or related environment. Military experience is also valued.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows‑based applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Location: Reside within a 75‑mile radius of Monroeville, PA, and able to work on‑site or in a hybrid setting as required.
