Point‑of‑Sale Operations

  • Operate assigned cash registers efficiently, accurately processing sales, returns, voids, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Handle cash, credit, and digital payments responsibly, providing correct change and maintaining a balanced till.
  • Recommend complementary items and promotional merchandise, driving incremental sales and enhancing the guest’s basket value.
  • Maintain a clean, organized checkout area, ensuring all equipment is functional and displays are well‑stocked.

Merchandising & Inventory Management

  • Keep aisles, counters, and shelves tidy, well‑merchandised, and fully stocked according to arenaflex visual standards.
  • Perform inventory counts, receive shipments, price new merchandise, and update records as directed by the store manager or shift leader.
  • Construct and refresh promotional displays, seasonal setups, and super‑structures to capture guest attention and boost sales.
  • Apply the first‑in, first‑out (FIFO) method for perishable items, ensuring food safety and product freshness.
  • Assist with proper separation of raw and pre‑cooked foods, adhering to arenaflex food‑handling policies.

Asset Protection & Compliance

  • Implement arenaflex asset protection procedures to identify and minimize potential profit loss, including vigilant monitoring of high‑risk areas.
  • Enforce compliance with state and local regulations concerning age‑restricted products such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco items.
  • Report suspicious activity promptly, supporting the store’s loss‑prevention initiatives.

Specialized Service Areas

  • Provide friendly assistance in the photo services zone, guiding guests through digital passport photo capture, poster printing, and creative machine usage.
  • Suggest promotional photo products that complement the guest’s needs, increasing ancillary revenue.
  • Manage web‑order pick‑up duties: monitor incoming orders in the arenaflex system, accurately pick items, and deliver completed orders to waiting guests.

Store Maintenance & Team Collaboration

  • Maintain a clean, orderly store environment—both interior and exterior—by performing routine housekeeping tasks and ensuring all signage is visible and up‑to‑date.
  • Support teammates by sharing knowledge, covering shifts when needed, and fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Complete special assignments and ad‑hoc projects as delegated by management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Training & Personal Development

Essential Qualifications
