Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous, detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic logistics team. - Conduct thorough verification checks to confirm data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Generate and distribute regular data‑driven reports, dashboards, and summaries that support operational planning and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—such as Operations, Customer Service, and Finance—to resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Identify, document, and correct data entry errors, escalating systemic issues to senior analysts when necessary.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all proprietary and customer data, adhering to GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection frameworks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to data capture processes, templates, and automation tools.

Essential Qualifications
