Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be the guardian of data integrity for our logistics management system, ensuring that every shipment, route, and inventory record is captured accurately and promptly. Your work will directly influence the quality of reporting, decision‑making, and overall operational efficiency across arenaflex’s global network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain logistics data—including shipment details, carrier information, and inventory movements—into the arenaflex Transportation Management System (TMS) with a focus on precision.
  • Conduct thorough verification checks to confirm data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Generate and distribute regular data‑driven reports, dashboards, and summaries that support operational planning and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—such as Operations, Customer Service, and Finance—to resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Identify, document, and correct data entry errors, escalating systemic issues to senior analysts when necessary.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all proprietary and customer data, adhering to GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection frameworks.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to data capture processes, templates, and automation tools.
  • Provide backup support for related administrative tasks during peak periods, including document scanning, filing, and data migration projects.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data management, information systems, or logistics is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a data entry or data‑management role, preferably within a logistics, transportation, or supply‑chain environment.
  • Exceptional typing speed (70+ wpm) with a high degree of accuracy (error rate

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation) and Outlook.
