Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer applications and customer management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide information about FedEx products and services to potential and existing customers.
  • Assist customers with tracking shipments, scheduling pickups, and processing returns.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
