Job Title: Call Center Representative || Hybrid Location : West Des Moines, IA (Hybrid – 1 week onsite – 1 week remote... Hours of Training (4 weeks): Mon - Fri. 8a - 5p Hours after Training: Mon - Fri 12 - 8:30p Start Date: 05/05/2024 Pay: $18.50 - $19 Responsibilities: • Answers high-volume inbound calls and responds to customer inquiries regarding existing credit card claim • May add additional transactions to claim • Uses a variety of sources for information, including Online systems and tools/models • May perform general account handling functions such re-billing transactions and sending appropriate correspondences Job Qualification: • Call Center Experience • Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients, shareholders, and team members • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
