About the Role
The Remote Eligibility Data Reconciliation & Pharmacy Adjudication Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough data analysis, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy of eligibility records within the pharmacy adjudication system. This role requires comparing eligibility records against the arenaflex enrollment package records—the authoritative source of truth—and correcting any mismatches to maintain data integrity across all platforms.
In this position, you will manage shared mailboxes and work queues, addressing problems and inquiries from various regions across the company. You will be tasked with identifying and resolving errors identified in numerous reports, reconciling eligibility information among multiple interconnected systems, and maintaining meticulous records throughout the process. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with both internal departments and external partners to develop effective, efficient resolutions that clear problems and improve overall system performance.

Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of the arenaflex team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Data Analysis and Reconciliation: Conduct in-depth studies and analyses of eligibility records to identify discrepancies between the pharmacy adjudication system and arenaflex enrollment package records. Perform accurate corrections to ensure alignment with the source of truth.
- Error Resolution: Investigate and resolve errors flagged in various reports, utilizing problem-solving skills to determine root causes and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Queue and Mailbox Management: Monitor and respond to inquiries from shared mailboxes and work queues, addressing issues from multiple regions across the company in a timely and professional manner.
- Cross-System Reconciliation: Reconcile eligibility data across multiple systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of records.
- Record Monitoring and Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of all actions taken, including data corrections, communications, and resolutions. Ensure all documentation meets compliance and audit standards.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop efficient, green resolutions to complex problems. Communicate findings clearly and collaborate on process improvements.

Essential Qualifications
