Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, Packer, and Shipping Operations Specialist at arenaflex, you will play an integral role in our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing shipments, packing and unpacking items with care, verifying orders against invoices, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities

Shipping and Receiving Operations

  • Accept and process all incoming deliveries, ensuring that every shipment is documented and verified upon receipt.
  • Sign relevant paperwork and confirm the accurate receipt of goods, maintaining a clear chain of custody for all items.
  • Inspect the contents of every delivery to confirm that items are undamaged and meet quality standards before acceptance.
  • Verify packages against corresponding orders and invoices, checking for accuracy in quantity, quality, pricing, and specifications.
  • Promptly identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or errors to the supervisor, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Label all deliveries accurately and allocate them to their designated storage or processing areas.
  • Ensure that invoices are signed and processed for satisfactory deliveries, maintaining organized records for future reference.

Packing and Unpacking Duties

  • Pack a wide variety of items into cartons, boxes, or similar containers, ensuring that all products are secured and protected for transit.
  • Unpack incoming shipments as required, carefully handling items to prevent damage and organizing contents for further processing or storage.
  • Apply appropriate packing materials and techniques to safeguard fragile, heavy, or high-value items during shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing workspace at all times, adhering to arenaflex’s health and safety standards.

Shipping Preparation and Documentation

  • Prepare packages for shipping, ensuring that all items are properly packaged, labeled, and documented according to company protocols.
  • Process all company shipments with the required paperwork, including shipping labels, customs documentation when applicable, and tracking information.
  • Coordinate with local stores or suppliers for the pick-up of parcels as needed, maintaining positive professional relationships with all partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring data integrity in our systems.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on order status, shipping timelines, and any potential delays.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
