What Your Day Will Look Like: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers rely on when they need assistance the most. Your primary mission is to deliver outstanding service, build trust, and ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Handling incoming customer inquiries through phone and email in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, ensuring that every customer feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey.
  • Providing Accurate Travel Information: Offering detailed and precise information about new bookings, rebooking options, cancellation policies, and related services for air travel, rail travel, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related needs.
  • Problem-Solving with Empathy: Thinking on your feet to find tailored solutions for each individual customer, considering their unique circumstances and ensuring their travel experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Building Lasting Relationships: Developing rapport with customers by demonstrating genuine care, active listening, and a commitment to exceeding expectations, thereby fostering loyalty and trust in arenaflex's brand.

Work Schedule and Environment

  • Start Date: 23rd of September – mark your calendar and get ready to embark on an exciting new chapter.
  • Working Hours: Full-time position with 8.5-hour shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, is required.
  • Location: Work from the comfort of your own home in Lithuania – all you need is a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
