Key Responsibilities

  • Providing prompt, courteous responses to customer inquiries regarding order status, tracking information, and general product questions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Managing online customer orders and associated data through EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) portals, ensuring seamless integration between customers and arenaflex’s backend systems.
  • Generating and distributing internal reports to sales, production, and logistics teams to support decision‑making and operational visibility.
  • Coordinating regularly with the warehouse team to confirm order readiness, resolve discrepancies, and guarantee on‑time delivery.
  • Creating and issuing invoices on a daily, weekly, or as‑needed basis, adhering to established billing cycles and financial controls.
  • Supporting the sales and marketing departments with data‑related tasks, such as preparing campaign lists, updating product catalogs, and tracking lead conversions.
