Position Overview – Member Service Professional (MSP) – Centurion Lounge, LAS Airport

The Member Service Professional (MSP) role is the front‑line ambassador of arenaflex at the iconic Centurion Lounge in Las Vegas (LAS) Airport. In this high‑visibility position, you will welcome, assist, and delight our most valued Card Members, providing a seamless blend of hospitality, concierge expertise, and personalized travel support. Your mission is to embody the arenaflex brand promise, turning each interaction into an opportunity to deepen loyalty and create a truly memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Impressions: Greet Card Members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check‑in process and immediate access to lounge amenities.
  • End‑to‑End Ownership: Take full responsibility for the member’s journey from arrival to departure, proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a living embodiment of arenaflex’s values, consistently delivering the “Customer First” philosophy in every interaction.
  • Concierge & Lifestyle Guidance: Offer tailored recommendations on dining, entertainment, wellness, and local attractions, leveraging deep knowledge of the Las Vegas area.
  • Travel Consultation: Provide expert advice on flight itineraries, seat upgrades, and reservation assistance, using arenaflex’s travel platforms to secure optimal solutions.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Coordinate with food and beverage vendors, airport staff, and other lounge partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Issue Resolution & Innovation: Identify creative solutions to complex member concerns, turning challenges into opportunities for brand loyalty.
  • Technology Utilization: Navigate multiple arenaflex systems and digital tools efficiently, switching between platforms to retrieve information, process requests, and document interactions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience delivering premium customer service in a high‑touch environment.
