They are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for the Veda AI Platform to drive AI strategy and manage the operational roadmap, requiring a deep understanding of AI technology and AWS infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for AI-specific security controls, and privacy preserving AI Architectures
  • Define the roadmap for high-precision AI usage tracking and a flexible consumption-based billing engine, covering token and compute metering by org, user, and agent, credit and entitlement management, tiered and consumptive pricing models, and real-time cost transparency
  • Perform research into AWS Infrastructure & AI Services (e.g. Bedrock, Sagemaker, etc) and tooling to select the optimal solutions for platform performance, availability and reliability
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational requirements for platform health, including operational SLAs/SLOs, KPIs, monitoring, alerts, AI workload performance, and LLM Cost Management
  • Working with Security and Legal, translate global regulations into actionable technical requirements for data privacy, trust, residency
  • Act as technical bridge between Legal, Security, Finance, AI Platform Engineering and Architecture, to resolve trade-offs between speed and standards
  • Define requirements and success criteria for integrations with 3rd party tools, Foundational Models, and other AI technologies for the AI Platform ecosystem

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in technical product management, solution architecture, or platform engineering, with at least 3 years focused on infrastructure or platform products
  • Experience defining product requirements while embedded with infrastructure or platform engineering teams on AWS
  • Knowledge of AI technology with a strong understanding of AI workflows, Agentic Platforms, LLM Consumption patterns
  • Experience with enterprise solution architecture, infrastructure, integration platforms, business process, application, data & analytics, and design to tie into a broader solution for customers
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working in an agile, data-driven environment
  • Is self-motivated / self-directed - capable of multi-tasking and accepting change both in tasks and schedule
  • Ability to analyze complex business/technical problems, synthesize solutions, and communicate options to a wide group of stakeholders
  • Some domestic and international travel
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, service mesh architectures, and observability tooling is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of Certinia and Salesforce Applications and the Salesforce Platform, are highly desirable
