Our client, a globally recognized management consultancy, is looking for a talented Lead Management Consultant to join their thriving practice. While the position is fully remote, the ideal candidate should be able to travel occasionally to client sites, primarily in and around Fort Worth, Texas, US. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges for our clients. You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic initiatives, driving operational efficiencies, and managing change within organizations. The Lead Consultant will play a pivotal role in client relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Key duties include conducting diagnostic assessments, developing strategic roadmaps, managing project deliverables, and mentoring junior consultants. A strong understanding of various business functions, such as finance, operations, marketing, and HR, is crucial. The candidate must possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
