This is a unique opportunity to join a forward‑looking organization that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Why This Role Matters

Data is the lifeblood of arenaflex’s operational decision‑making, from flight scheduling and crew management to customer service and regulatory compliance. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that the information flowing through our systems is accurate, up‑to‑date, and secure. Your work will enable teams across the company to make informed decisions, improve operational efficiency, and deliver the world‑class experience our passengers expect.

In addition to contributing to core business processes, you will gain exposure to industry‑leading software platforms, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and develop a deep understanding of how data drives strategic initiatives in a high‑stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

Core Data Management Tasks

  • Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in arenaflex’s proprietary and third‑party systems with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Perform routine data validation checks to verify completeness, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Identify and correct data anomalies, duplicates, and inconsistencies, escalating complex issues to senior analysts when necessary.
  • Generate and distribute regular data reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review and operational planning.
  • Assist in the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of data entry procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and customer service teams to resolve data‑related discrepancies and support system enhancements.

Quality Assurance & Security

  • Conduct periodic audits of entered data to ensure adherence to arenaflex’s data governance policies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols, following industry standards such as GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
  • Participate in training sessions on data protection, cyber‑security awareness, and emerging compliance mandates.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Provide feedback on workflow bottlenecks and suggest automation opportunities using tools like macros, scripts, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
  • Stay current with emerging data entry technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements that increase efficiency.
  • Support pilot projects that test new data capture methods, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or certification in data management, business administration, or a related field is a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative support roles, preferably within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a 99.5%+ accuracy rate while handling large data sets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation)—and familiarity with cloud‑based collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, self‑motivation, and the capacity to manage time effectively while working independently from a remote location.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with data entry platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or custom arenaflex applications.
  • Certification in data management (e.g., CDMP) or related fields.
  • Familiarity with data quality frameworks, data cleansing techniques, and basic scripting languages (e.g., VBA, Python).
  • Previous remote work experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in large data sets.
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfort interpreting data trends and providing actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of spreadsheet functions, data entry software, and basic database concepts.
  • Time Management: Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Collaboration: Working effectively with cross‑functional teams across different time zones.
  • Adaptability: Quickly learning new tools, processes, and industry regulations.
  • Integrity & Confidentiality: Upholding the highest standards of data security and privacy.

  • Opportunities to transition into data analyst, business intelligence, or operations roles after demonstrating mastery of core competencies.
  • Participation in internal hackathons and innovation challenges that encourage creative problem‑solving.

Compensation & Benefits
