• Job Responsibilities
• Help consumers find the “right” insurance plan for their needs
• Provide top-notch, friendly customer service via phone, email, and text
• Quote & sell personal and commercial insurance policies
• Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and general questions
• Check in with clients at renewal to ensure satisfaction with our agency
• What Traits Are We Looking For?
• Great Communicator strong communication skills with a friendly, upbeat phone voice
• Self-Driven you know how to get the job done and don’t need to be micromanaged
• Work Ethic you either have it or you don’t...at Switch you need to have it
• Tech Savvy above-average computer skills or a quick “digital” learner
• A Pulse that’s just a little test to see if you’re still paying attention
• Requirements
• Active Michigan Insurance License (Property & Casualty)
