Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in arenaflex’s central databases with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Validate incoming information by cross‑checking source documents, spreadsheets, and electronic files to guarantee data fidelity.
  • Retrieve and compile data sets on request, supporting departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
  • Perform routine data backups and coordinate with the IT team to ensure compliance with data‑retention policies.
  • Organize and archive paperwork—both physical and digital—after entry to maintain an orderly record‑keeping system.
  • Assist senior analysts in generating basic reports, dashboards, and summary documents that inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies, duplicates, or anomalies, escalating issues to the Data Quality Lead for resolution.
  • Participate in periodic data‑clean‑up initiatives, contributing ideas for process improvements and automation.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members, providing status updates on data‑entry tasks and meeting agreed‑upon deadlines.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s security protocols, ensuring confidential information is handled in accordance with industry standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a GED is acceptable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data‑visualization tools) and Word.
  • Typing Speed & Accuracy: Minimum 55 words per minute with an error rate below 2%.
