The pay range for this position is $16 to $22 per hour, depending on your prior experience, typing proficiency, and demonstrated accuracy during paid training assessments. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day contributions will directly shape the quality of the data our clients rely on. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Accurately entering large volumes of alphanumeric data into arenaflex databases, internal platforms, and client-specific software systems from a variety of source documents including PDFs, scanned forms, spreadsheets, and email communications.
  • Reviewing, proofreading, and validating all entered data to identify and correct errors, duplicates, omissions, or inconsistencies before final submission.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive client information, personally identifiable information (PII), protected health information (PHI), and other regulated data.
  • Organizing and categorizing records to ensure that information is logically structured, easily searchable, and properly archived within our content management systems.
  • Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and quality assurance staff to resolve data discrepancies and clarify unclear or incomplete source materials.
  • Performing routine data cleanup tasks, including deduplication, formatting corrections, and standardization of entries to align with arenaflex quality benchmarks.
  • Assisting with general administrative and clerical support tasks such as document preparation, email correspondence, file conversions, and report generation when needed.
  • Meeting daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining a minimum accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
  • Providing constructive feedback on workflow inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements that can help the team operate more effectively.
  • Participating in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one check-ins to support continuous personal and team growth.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
