Key Responsibilities

Core Data Entry & Inventory Tasks

  • Receive electronic inventory updates and accurately input them into arenaflex’s warehouse management system.
  • Validate and reconcile data to ensure that product quantities, SKUs, and locations match physical counts.
  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory movement, order fulfillment status, and data integrity.
  • Utilize barcode scanners and handheld devices to capture product information quickly and without error.
  • Follow on‑screen prompts and system workflows to complete routine tasks efficiently.

Physical & Operational Support (Remote Coordination)

  • Collaborate with on‑site fulfillment teams to coordinate the preparation and packaging of customer orders.
