Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Input: Carefully and efficiently input data from CVS documents, pharmacy records, and related source materials into the arenaflex database system with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data security protocols when handling sensitive patient, prescription, and business information.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep thorough, organized, and easily retrievable records of all data entries, ensuring the integrity of historical information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and cross-functional partners to verify data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistency across all reporting platforms.
  • Deadline Management: Meet assigned deadlines for data entry projects and contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts within the department.
  • Data Extraction and Reporting: Identify and extract relevant data from multiple sources and consolidate findings into clear, well-structured reports for stakeholders across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field. Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or retail data management is a plus.
