Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Success Manager – Healthcare Accounts at arenaflex, you will be the trusted advocate for our most strategic healthcare clients. Your expertise will guide them from initial onboarding through long‑term adoption, ensuring they extract maximum value from our platform, achieve measurable ROI, and become enthusiastic ambassadors for our technology.

This is a remote‑first position based in the United States, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while still collaborating closely with a high‑performing, cross‑functional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Success: Build deep, consultative relationships with healthcare clients, understand their unique operational challenges, and align our solutions to meet their strategic goals.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Own the end‑to‑end customer journey—from onboarding, configuration, and training to ongoing support, renewal, and expansion.
  • Revenue Generation & Expansion: Partner with the sales organization to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, develop account plans, and secure contract renewals.
  • Product Expertise & Thought Leadership: Maintain an expert‑level understanding of arenaflex’s healthcare technology stack, including AI‑driven analytics, IoT sensors, and RTLS capabilities; translate technical features into business outcomes for clients.
  • Data‑Driven Advocacy: Leverage platform analytics to surface insights, recommend process improvements, and demonstrate tangible ROI to stakeholders.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with product, engineering, marketing, and professional services teams to relay client feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Customer Health Monitoring: Track key success metrics (NPS, CSAT, churn risk, adoption rates) and proactively intervene to mitigate issues before they impact satisfaction.
  • Thoughtful Communication: Conduct executive briefings, quarterly business reviews, and training sessions that articulate value, progress, and next steps.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within the healthcare technology space.
  • Demonstrated expertise with SaaS platforms, preferably those involving RTLS, IoT, or AI‑enabled analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder accounts and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior executives and technical teams alike.
  • Self‑starter attitude with a passion for solving problems in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10% of the time) for on‑site client visits, industry conferences, and training events.

  • Certification in customer success methodologies (e.g., Gainsight, SuccessHACKER) or related fields.
