Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, Swedish‑fluent individuals to join our remote Customer Service Associate team. This 12‑month fixed‑term contract (with a strong possibility of extension) offers a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week, flexible shift patterns, and a competitive hourly rate of €15.50. You will be the first point of contact for arenaflex customers based in Sweden, delivering assistance via phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities
