  • Quality Assurance: Conduct systematic reviews to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicate records, and typographical errors, maintaining a data accuracy rate of 99.9% or higher.
  • Confidentiality Management: Safeguard sensitive personal and corporate data by adhering to strict privacy protocols and encryption standards.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, finance analysts, customer support teams, and external vendors to gather missing information and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Reporting & Summarization: Generate routine data summaries, status reports, and ad‑hoc extracts that support decision‑making across departments.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement workflow enhancements, automation scripts, or template modifications that increase entry efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Essential Qualifications
