Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a dedicated Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This full‑time, remote role pays $25 per hour and combines data‑entry precision with front‑line customer interaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver courteous, prompt, and accurate assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a seamless pharmacy experience.
  • Enter patient and medication data into arenaflex pharmacy systems with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to all state and federal regulations.
  • Process prescription orders, verify insurance information, and coordinate with pharmacy technicians to prepare and dispense medications.
  • Handle routine pharmacy calls, including refill requests, medication inquiries, and coordination with healthcare providers, while escalating complex issues to the appropriate pharmacist.
