As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the trusted liaison between our Travel Management Company (TMC) partners and internal revenue teams. Your expertise will help shape pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and market positioning, ensuring that arenaflex remains a top choice for corporate travelers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for TMC partners, providing expert guidance on arenaflex’s corporate travel solutions.
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with TMC accounts, focusing on delivering high‑value travel experiences that align with arenaflex’s brand standards.
  • Lead pricing and revenue analysis for all TMC contracts, using data‑driven insights to maximize profit margins while maintaining competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to draft, review, and finalize contract terms that protect arenaflex’s interests.
  • Monitor and report on revenue, quotas, and contract performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with marketing and sales enablement teams to create promotional initiatives that drive new business and deepen existing relationships.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and ongoing management of TMC accounts, including contract negotiations, pricing adjustments, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive data to position arenaflex strategically within the corporate travel segment.
  • Track and reconcile revenue, commissions, and contract fulfillment to guarantee that financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Optimize resource allocation to ensure that arenaflex’s sales opportunities are pursued efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans that align with arenaflex’s broader market strategy and support growth in key territories.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with finance, operations, and customer service teams to deliver seamless travel experiences for corporate clients.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in external sales, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or related service industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong data‑entry skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a four‑year degree is preferred.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in airline or corporate travel sales.
  • Familiarity with travel industry data platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar.
