Job Description Summary Join our passionate team of educators dedicated to nurturing young minds and shaping bright futures! We are currently seeking a full-time Early Childhood Teacher and Assistant for our esteemed, family orientated childcare center located in Osceola, WI. We are seeking for skilled Early Childhood Staff to inspire and nurture the growth and development of young children. As a teacher you will be responsible for creating an engaging, safe, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. In this role, you will encourage exploration, creativity, and a love of learning through hands on activities and play-based learning experiences. Your ability to build strong relationships with both children and their families will play a key part in fostering each child's sense of belonging and their overall development. Duties -Implement a curriculum that is tailored to the developmental stages and individual needs of children. -Promote children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through structured activities, free play, and collaborative learning experiences. -Adapting teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each child. -Foster a warm, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe and valued. -Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom space. -Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and milestones. -Collaborate with fellow staff and management to create a supportive and enriching educational experience.
