[Remote] Client Support Specialist | Remote Sales
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sphinx Life Solutions is an independent Life Insurance Brokerage Agency focused on a people-first mentality. The Client Support Specialist will provide professional consulting advice to clients, build tailored policies, and maintain a book of business through meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities
- Providing professional consulting advice to clients who have requested help (no cold calling)
- Building tailored policies to meet your clients' needs
- Developing & maintaining your book of business through meaningful relationships with your clients

- Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients virtually over the phone, Zoom, Crankwheel, etc
- Have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check- no felonies or recent bankruptcies). If you aren't licensed, we walk you step by step through the licensing process
- Must be a US Citizen for licensing requirements
