[Remote] Manager of Commercial Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Integra Connect is a value-based, precision medicine company specializing in Health IT and digital health solutions. The Manager of Commercial Operations will collaborate with cross-functional leads to drive projects with life sciences partners, focusing on oncology data to optimize clinical outcomes and treatment pathways.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as day-to-day Project Lead and Account Manager on client-facing engagements
  • Develop and execute on project plans, including progression towards key milestones and deliverables
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Integra Cloud, Analytics, Product Development, Finance, and Sales to generate client deliverables and ensure on-time delivery of client outputs
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to interpret and present oncology-specific insights, including real-world evidence (RWE), biomarker analysis, and patient outcomes data to clients
  • Develop and manage robust communication plans for internal and external stakeholders, including status updates and client / Integra steering committee updates
  • Manage projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines and goals
  • Partner with sales lead to develop and foster relationships at new and existing accounts to identify future client opportunities
  • Participate in the sales cycle from opportunity identification to SOW development in partnership with the sales team

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in the sciences, business administration, or related field
  • 5 – 7 years of progressing client-facing experience with involvement in project management and/or client services
  • Experience in the healthcare/life sciences, with oncology data analytics, precision medicine, or real-world evidence (RWE) experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Proven experience creating, reviewing, and enhancing customer-facing presentations and deliverables
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to translate technical and non-technical content to executive stakeholders
  • Project management software experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Proficient in using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Ability to travel 10-30%
  • Candidates are required to be located in the Eastern or Central time zones to facilitate collaboration across our teams
  • MBA/MPH preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare/life sciences, with oncology data analytics, precision medicine, or real-world evidence (RWE) experience strongly preferred
  • Management consulting background preferred
  • PMP preferred but not required
