[Remote] Volunteer: Facebook Account Consolidation and Strategy

They are seeking a skilled volunteer to assist with consolidating and managing Facebook accounts to enhance their outreach and engagement efforts, while also preparing for future social media account consolidations.
Responsibilities
- Research best practices for consolidating and managing Facebook accounts (merging, deactivating, redirecting, or inviting followers)
- Create a recovery guide for locked accounts
- Set up on Meta Business Suite if needed
- Develop a prioritized proposal with recommended steps and communication templates
- Provide volunteer support to implement the chosen solution
- Interview staff
- Present a clear proposal for approval
- Work collaboratively with staff to carry out the agreed steps
Skills
- Skilled in researching best practices for social media account management
- Experience with consolidating and managing Facebook accounts
- Ability to create a recovery guide for locked accounts
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
- Ability to develop a prioritized proposal with recommended steps and communication templates
- Experience in providing volunteer support to implement solutions
- Strong communication skills to interview staff and present proposals
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff
