Inline Plastics is seeking a Territory Account Manager responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with regional end user accounts. The role focuses on increasing sales growth, profitability, and identifying new opportunities within the assigned region while serving as the primary sales contact for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and improve end user relationships
  • Close new sales and achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Negotiate regional sales agreements and contracts with assigned end users by utilizing company pricing models
  • Set and monitor sales forecasted targets and budgets
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends
  • Establish a minimum of quarterly touch base meetings with top end user accounts
  • Present performance to management regularly
  • Provide constant communication with all levels of the commercial sales team
  • Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements
  • Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards
  • Attend scheduled EH&S training program
  • Follows Product Safety and Quality standards
  • Follows GMP’s in regard to food contact packaging as it pertains to the employee
  • Follows IPC product defense standards and complies with all SQF requirements

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; 5+ years related experience and/or training; or 10+ years of equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, Including executive and C-level
  • Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing multi-million-dollar accounts
  • Possess excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM systems
  • Position requires extensive Travel
