[Remote] Technical Recruiter

Insight Global is a leading infrastructure organization seeking a Remote Technical Sourcer to support its Power Delivery recruiting team. This role involves sourcing engineering and technician talent across the U.S. for niche roles in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Spend 6–7 hours daily sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms
- Identify and engage candidates in power delivery, substation testing, and high-voltage services
- Partner with hiring managers to refine search strategies for niche roles
- Build pipelines for travel-heavy field roles across the U.S
- Support ~20–25 active requisitions and maintain consistent outreach
Skills
- 3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience
- Background supporting engineering, utilities, or power delivery roles
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience (high-volume outreach)
- Proven ability to fill niche technical roles in competitive markets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with power delivery or substation environments
- Familiarity with relay testing, high-voltage testing (15kV–500kV+), and circuit breaker testing
- Experience sourcing field-based, travel-heavy roles
