[Remote] Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. eTeam is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition professional for a 6-month contract role. You will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of recruiting programs across a geographically dispersed organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with leadership teams to provide end-to-end recruiting support
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on hiring strategies, market insights, and best practices
- Work independently while collaborating in a matrixed environment
- Engage directly with clients to ensure a smooth and high-quality hiring experience
- Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates using cost-effective methods aligned with company policies
- Manage applicant flow and support diversity hiring goals
- Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, and compensation expectations
- Coordinate job advertising and participate in job fairs and campus recruiting
- Build relationships with universities, agencies, and recruiting partners
- Utilize online recruiting tools and external agencies to identify talent
- Support hiring managers with coaching on interviewing and selection processes
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and employment regulations
- Stay updated on market trends and compensation benchmarks
- Maintain accurate data in ATS (Workday preferred)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of recruiting or staffing experience
- Experience using Workday ATS or similar systems
- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and hiring practices
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional organization
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to coach and support hiring managers and junior recruiter
