[Remote] Senior Product Manager - Leader Experience (AI/API platform)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zearch is a fast-growing AI/API company that is modernizing how businesses connect and transact. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Leader Experience, reimagining how leaders connect with vendors and enhancing their network through innovative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Reimagine what a leader's network looks like with AI — not just a portal and a scorecard
- Follower onboarding at near-zero touch — own the agentic onboarding motion that takes a supplier from invite to live the same day, across a wide mix of modern SaaS, legacy, and custom back-end systems
- The network flywheel — every leader you land brings thousands of followers; every follower you delight becomes a candidate to become a paying customer in their own right. You own both sides of that loop
- "Any leader" at the push of a button — turn each leader build into a repeatable, config-driven motion so the next enterprise retailer launches on configuration, not bespoke engineering
- Own the revenue — conversion of network connections to customers, pricing, packaging, and the path from "required to connect" to "happy to pay."
- Define the metrics that matter — onboarding throughput, time-to-live, ASN accuracy/availability, and connection-to-customer conversion are the scoreboard
Skills
- 8 + years in product management, including 5+ years building technical platforms, multi-sided networks, or B2B integration products
- A builder. Demonstrable proof of work — a GitHub repo, shipped prototypes, side projects — not just great PRDs
- AI-native — you use AI to build, daily
- Network-effect and two-sided market experience — you've landed an anchor that pulled a long tail of the other side, and you've owned what happens when the flywheel stalls
- Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and integrations — you think in schemas, API contracts, and source-of-truth decisions, not just screens. You can hold your own with a retailer's principal engineers
- Commercial instinct — you've owned products where adoption and revenue were the scoreboard, and you partner naturally with sales and GTM
- Strong cross-functional operator — equally at home in a retailer's technology org, a sprint review with engineering, and a roadmap conversation with the exec team
- Supply chain, retail/commerce, or B2B integration exposure is a strong plus
