[Remote] Zoho CRM Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VMC Soft Technologies, Inc is seeking a Zoho CRM Business Analyst for a remote long-term contract. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Zoho CRM solutions while managing data integrity and system integrations to optimize operational workflows across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Zoho CRM solutions by translating business requirements into automated, scalable technical configurations and custom Deluge scripts
- Manage end-to-end data integrity, system integrations with third-party platforms, and user-facing reporting to optimize operational workflows across the organization
- Work with stakeholders (sales| marketing| operations teams) to understand business needs
- Analyze existing CRM processes and identify gaps
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within Zoho CRM
- Set up Zoho CRM modules| fields| layouts| profiles| and workflows
- Configuration experiences in Lead and deal pipelines| Automation rules (workflows|approvals| blueprints)|Email templates and notifications
- Customize UI and user roles to match business processes
- Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting
- Build integrations with third-party systems (ERP| marketing platforms| payment gateways|etc.)
- Create APIs or use Zoho integrations (Zoho Books| Desk| Campaigns| etc.) Customize reports| dashboards| and analytics Import export data from legacy systems
- Cleanse and structure data Ensure data integrity and deduplication Set up data security and access controls
