The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the global marketing strategy, driving integrated marketing programs, and serving as a strategic partner to leadership to enhance brand equity and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes integrated marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, support revenue growth, and strengthen brand awareness
  • Leads brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure a compelling and consistent presence across all channels and touchpoints
  • Owns the annual marketing plan, budget, and resource allocation process, ensuring effective prioritization and return on investment
  • Directs internal and external communications, including press releases, executive messaging, newsletters, thought leadership content, and crisis communications
  • Lead and manage relationships with external marketing agencies and partnerships (creative, media, digital, PR), ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards
  • Oversees the development and execution of targeted demand generation and direct marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Establishes audience segmentation and messaging strategies for email, print, digital, and other direct communication channels to improve relevance and campaign performance
  • Leads lead-generation strategy and campaign performance analysis, leveraging marketing data and ROI insights to optimize targeting, conversion, and pipeline contribution
  • Coordinates multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, social media, events, and partner channels to maximize reach and business impact
  • Ensures consistent tone, voice, and brand alignment across all communications, content, and customer-facing materials
  • Leads digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, website optimization, analytics, and social media engagement
  • Monitors and analyzes performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities, and continuously improve marketing outcomes
  • Oversees website strategy, content governance, and user experience to ensure the company’s digital presence supports brand credibility and business objectives
  • Builds and maintains relationships with media, industry partners, agencies, and other external stakeholders to expand visibility and support strategic initiatives
  • Serves as a key communications leader for public relations initiatives and reputation management efforts
  • Leads, coaches, and develops the marketing team while fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and high performance
  • Partners cross-functionally with sales, product management, leadership, and other business stakeholders to align marketing priorities with commercial objectives

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or related disciplines, including 5+ years in a people leadership role
  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive measurable business results
  • Deep knowledge of brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, content development, and communications best practices
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to interpret data, assess ROI, and inform decision-making
  • Proficiency with modern marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, web analytics, and content management systems
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven people leadership capability, including coaching, team development, and performance management
