Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a highly driven individual with a knack for sales and a passion for the luxury home and remodel market. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the front line in generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This position is commission-based, offering high earning potential for those with the determination and skill to excel. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic marketing efforts. • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for custom homes and remodels. • Present and promote WL3 Designs' services and portfolio to potential clients, highlighting our unique value proposition and exceptional design capabilities. • Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are accurately understood and incorporated into project plans. • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals. • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position WL3 Designs in the marketplace. • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and managing sales pipelines. • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond. Qualifications: • Proven sales experience, ideally within the luxury home construction, design, or real estate industries. • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, with the ability to close high-value deals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners. • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and the desire to achieve sales targets. • Knowledge of the custom home and remodel market is highly advantageous. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; this position requires travel to meet with clients and prospects. • A background in design, architecture, or related fields is a plus. Compensation: This is a commission-based position offering competitive rates. Given the high value of our custom homes and remodels, commissions can be substantial for successful sales representatives. Specific commission structure details will be discussed during the hiring process.
