[Remote] Inside Sales Consultant

The Inside Sales Consultant will engage with Travel Advisors to create custom itineraries and manage a robust inbound sales pipeline in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Travel Advisors via email and phone to qualify, discover, then build quotes based on their traveler's needs through a consultative sales process
- Design custom European itineraries including arrangements for air, hotels, sightseeing and ground transportation
- Manage a robust inbound sales pipeline (100+ active deals) using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to track progress and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the travel industry, with a focus on European markets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies and improve performance
- Work independently with a high level of self-discipline, while also engaging in team collaboration and contributing to a positive, results-driven culture
- Maintain an elevated level of customer service to exceed expectations and NPS targets
Skills
- Proven full-cycle sales experience in a quota-carrying consultative environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working in the travel industry, with a focus on European markets
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, with HubSpot experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an executive presence
- Skilled in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and adapting to fast-changing environments
- You're motivated by results, thrive in a competitive environment, and have a natural drive to succeed
