Responsibilities

  • Own and grow key retail/wholesale accounts
  • Build customer strategies to drive revenue, volume, and brand expansion
  • Lead promotional planning, merchandising, and plan-o-gram execution
  • Manage pricing architecture and deliver strong financial performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain
  • Build trusted relationships with senior customer decision makers
  • Maintain disciplined CRM usage and metrics-driven pipeline management

Skills

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience (food & beverage/CPG preferred)
  • Proven success selling into retail and wholesale customers
  • Strong negotiation skills and executive-level customer presence
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and execution-focused
