Your Mission As a Staff Software Engineer - Agentic Development, your mission is to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI-driven agentic applications, leveraging Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) serverless technologies, and advanced frameworks like LangChain and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to solve complex customer challenges . At SADA, a premier Google Cloud Platform (GCP) partner, you’ll help customers maximize their use of GCP technologies across diverse industries. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad experience solving complex challenges and developing scalable solutions in a dynamic, service-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Contribute to projects at all stages from early discovery and architecture to full end-to-end application development and technical consulting for customers Effectively manage your time across 1–2 concurrent projects, working within teams that vary in size and scope Work closely with solution architects, project managers, and engineers to define and deliver high-quality user experiences Architect and implement production-grade agentic applications using LangChain, MCP, and other orchestration frameworks Design and deploy RAG systems that combine enterprise data sources with large language models Build custom tools, function calling interfaces, and agent workflows tailored to client business processes Develop Model Context Protocol servers and integrations for seamless AI-to-system communication Pathway to Success As you continue to execute successfully, we will build a customized development plan together that leads you through the engineering or management growth tracks.
