CUSTOMER Our customer is a leading cybersecurity company developing advanced security solutions that provide autonomous governance, real-time operational enforcement, and protection of high-value information assets. They focus on safeguarding both digital and operational environments, working with compliance-heavy industries such as finance, healthcare, and government, and are known for integrating AI-driven anomaly detection into security protocols. Job Description
Lead and mentor a team of 3 engineers through code reviews, design critiques, career mentorship, and collaboration with integration teams Design and build scalable solutions, balancing production-quality code with rapid PoC development Own sprint planning and quarterly roadmap execution Act as final escalation point for complex technical issues Rapidly learn and implement new technologies, strategically managing technical debt Qualifications 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong CS fundamentals, OOP, data structures, algorithms Proficiency in Go (preferred) and/or vanilla JavaScript Strong SQL skills Experience building/maintaining Microservices Proven leadership experience while remaining hands-on Upper-intermediate+ English WILL BE A PLUS Experience with dashboard development and/or modern UI frameworks Background in Cybersecurity or AdTech Experience with PCI DSS or other high-security standards Additional Information PERSONAL PROFILE Hands-on leader who enjoys coding and mentoring Comfortable making architectural decisions and driving technical direction Adaptable, fast learner, thrives in dynamic environments Apply To This Job
